We are pleased to inform you that as of September 5, 2025, Security Smart Systems Ltd. has officially been transformed into a Joint Stock Company and renamed Starck Technology JSC.
This transformation represents a natural step in the company’s development and is part of our long-term strategy for process optimization, clearer organizational structure, and stronger market positioning.
The company’s history in recent years has been marked by important strategic partnerships. In 2021 Starck Invest Company invested in Security Smart Systems Ltd, opening new horizons for growth. In 2024, the visionary investment fund Black Peak Capital also invested in the company, further strengthening its stability and resource base.
Today, as Starck Technology JSC, we continue to build trust with our clients and establish ourselves as a reliable and stable partner in the EMS sector. All contracts, teams, and production processes remain unchanged, but with an even stronger focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth.
