The implementation of the project aims at the successful introduction of innovations in the product range by the beneficiary Starck Technology AD (formerly “Intelligent Security Systems” OOD) in the thematic areas of ISSS 2021-2027, as a result of which the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise will increase. At the end of the project implementation, there will be a product innovation implemented in the company, aimed at the production of an innovative LED source of UV radiation with forced air circulation.
Within the framework of the project, a product innovation has been implemented – an LED source of UV radiation with forced air circulation, for which the company has already received utility model protection. With a view to the successful implementation of the product innovation, Starck Technology AD purchased an automated line for the production of an LED source of UV radiation, sequentially including:
Automatic robot for mounting surface components and LEDs;
Robot for 3D automatic optical inspection;
Conveyor oven with oxygen-free soldering capability;
Automated system for transport of printed circuit boards.
The innovation falls within the thematic area of ISSS 2021-2027 “Mechatronics and Microelectronics”, sub-area “Development and production of electronic and electromechanical components and modules”.
