Main responsibilities of the position:

• Participates in meetings with customers and gives suggestions for the development of analog and digital schematic solutions according to the desired functionality of the product
• Participates in the analysis of customer requirements and in the creation of cost calculations and offers to customers
• Develops and proposes the structure and design of printed circuit boards according to the functionality of the product and considering the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility
• Selects suitable electronic components and assists the purchasing department in providing them
• Prepares and approves electronic design and technological documentation of the products
• Organizes and assists in prototyping and testing of products and debugging
• Analyses opportunities and implements design and technological improvements (Product Care) for the products, in order to ensure long-term delivery ability, competitive prices and quality
• Participation in the selection and development of technological equipment for new products.
• Actively participates in certification processes and product audits of products.
• Follows the latest technological trends and applies innovative solutions in the projects entrusted to him.

Requirements for the position:

• Higher technical education in the field of Electronics, Electrical Engineering or other similar position
• Experience in the design and development of electronic circuits
• Skills for working with measuring equipment
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (minimum level B1)
• Professional experience in electronic production is considered a competitive advantage

• Actively participates in certification processes and product audits of products.

Requirements for the position:

• A university degree required or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation
• Skills for working with measuring equipment
• Written and spoken English language proficiency
• Specific skills in 3D modelling and 2D drawings with SolidWorks are must

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both key accounts and small clients.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our customized products and services.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and the General Manager to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, sharing insights from client interactions.
• Attend industry events and conferences in Bulgaria and abroad to promote our products and expand the network.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments to management.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent English.
• University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or in a field of Electronics.
• 5-6 years of B2B sales experience from any industry, preferably in manufacturing.
• A true hunter, very communicative, self-driven, energetic, intelligent, pro-active, with outstanding negotiation, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Previous track record in electronics is an advantage.
• Someone capable of executing highly aggressive marketing initiatives (i.e., identifying and engaging with 200 potential prospects through online research and industry events, with the objective of approaching and attracting their interest).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel and attend events domestically and internationally required.

Main responsibilities of the position:

•  Manages a team of warehouse and factory logistics staff, including warehouse personnel
•  Coordinates and manages the activities of the Logistics Department in relation to communications with freight forwarders and transport companies
•  Coordinate and manage all activities related to the receipt, identification, storage, and transfer of materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in the various workshops
•  Liaise with freight forwarders and transport companies and organize the transport of shipments and cargo from suppliers in Asia, Europe, and Bulgaria to the factory in Vratsa
•  Liaises with freight forwarders and transport companies and organises the export of finished products to customers in Bulgaria, Europe, Asia and America
•  Provides and completes documents for incoming and outgoing shipments, organises and controls and, if necessary, carries out customs procedures for import and export
•  Plans and provides single-use and reusable transport packaging.
•  Organizes the maintenance of storage facilities
•  Performs analyses, checks, and reports
